Claude at your work: set up in one day
One day of private training with one goal: that afterwards you have Claude do real work, not just chat. You bring your own working week, mail and documents. You set up Claude, learn the building blocks, and build your first own skill or plugin for a task that comes back every week. You do the work, the trainer sits beside you.
First a half-hour call: we go through the agenda and settle the practical side.

For people who already have Claude and want more out of it than one-off chats
If one of these three sounds familiar, the call is worth it. For entrepreneurs, consultants, project leads and knowledge workers who are handy with AI chat and new to Claude; you do not need to be technical.
Fluent in ChatGPT, Claude sits unused
You have chatted fluently for years, but Claude sits on your laptop without being given any work. You suspect there is more in it than a better chat.
Too much mail, too many contexts
You work for several clients or roles at once. The mail piles up and you still make every overview yourself.
The same explanation every week
A report in your style, a memo from a case file: you type out the same instruction every time. You want to capture it properly, once.
Not for you if
- Your team works in Microsoft 365 and wants to learn Copilot: that is M365 Copilot Fundamentals, classroom.
- You want to see what Claude can do first, before anyone spends a day on it: that is the Claude inspiration session of two hours.
- You want to build software with Claude Code: you only see that briefly here. A separate Claude Code training is coming; let us know if you want it.
- You have no paid Claude subscription and do not want one: then there is nothing to set up.
Morning set up and learn, afternoon your own skill or plugin
You can work it out yourself, but it costs evenings. With the trainer beside you, every setting and every building block lands straight on your own work, and by the end of the day your first skill is running.
You, your tasks and your Claude
Your working week on paper, the three forms of Claude (browser, Desktop app, Claude Code) and which one you use when. Through the settings together; mail and files connected. Then the building blocks, with demos and short exercises on your own material.
Your own skill or plugin
You pick one task from your working week. You interview each other in pairs, with the trainer alongside. Claude drafts a plan, you build and test on real material.
The day runs from 9:30 to 16:30.
Claude set up and a skill you use every week
Everything you set up lives in your account and on your laptop. After the day you carry on by yourself.
Claude set up
Privacy, memory, the connections to your mail and files and one connected folder, set right once. On Monday you simply work with it.
Your first own skill or plugin
That one instruction you type out every week is captured: on Monday you call it up. Built on your real material, tested and adjusted.
The sheet "Your Claude: what, when, why"
Every building block on one page, with when you use it and when not. So that in two months you still know which one to pick for which work.
All slides, exercise cards and material
Shared after the training, with the prompts to carry on at home.
A certificate per participant
From ArrowEye, after the training, shareable on LinkedIn.
Stuck on something in the weeks after? Then you email the trainer. That is part of the day.
Four conditions, checked together
From the first minute the day runs on your account and your files. What you arrange beforehand, we go through in the call.
A paid Claude subscription and the Desktop app
Pro is enough. Take it a few days in advance, so everything is logged in. Without a paid subscription the day stays a demo.
Your own laptop on which you may install software
Windows or Mac, with your mail and files on it. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: the connections exist for both.
One folder of real documents and your mailbox from the past week
Five to ten documents from one case file. Claude only reads what you connect, and we set the privacy settings together on the day. Leave out files with personal data of clients or employees.
At your office: a quiet room with a large screen
You then take care of lunch yourself. If you train with us in the Antwerp region, room, screen and catering are included in the price.
You learn from someone who works with it every day

What participants ask us beforehand
Classroom is the team training: M365 Copilot Fundamentals, up to ten people from the same company, for one group price. With more than ten, we look together at whether and how it can work. Private is one participant with the trainer beside them: Claude at your work and Copilot Studio Fundamentals. Adding a few colleagues is possible on request (up to three for Copilot Studio, up to four for Claude); then we charge per person.
Your own laptop and the tool you are training on. For M365 Copilot: a paid Copilot licence per participant; Copilot Chat without a licence is not enough. For Copilot Studio: your tenant; not having a licence yet is no blocker, we sort that out together in the call. For Claude: a paid subscription (Pro is enough) and the Desktop app, installed in advance. Anything else you bring, such as a folder of real documents, is listed on the page of the training.
The training courses at your office, or in a room in the Antwerp region if you would rather not train in house; that is included in the price, with no travel cost. The inspiration sessions we give online or at your place; on site we charge €100 travel. Everything in Dutch or English. For Copilot Studio, the half-day governance session can be done online beforehand.
Then we start with that in the thirty-minute call. Tell us what your team does and which tools it already has; we tell you whether a training fits, or whether an inspiration session is the better starting point because the group first wants to see what is possible.

What participants say about our training courses
Did a super interesting one-to-one Claude Cowork course. Really pleasant and productive to go through the material in such an interactive yet structured way. Plenty of room for questions and exercises that give good insight.
