From a list of topics to a complete training, with custom skills
Custom skills that turn a list of requested topics into a complete training: scope, slides, exercises and trainer guide, ready for the room.

A client asks us to deliver a training on a fixed date and sends a list of what has to be covered. The training does not exist yet. Working it all out ourselves, from scope to slides, exercises and trainer notes, took days of preparation per new training, time that we as two founders also owe our clients. The question to ourselves: can we go from such a list to a complete, deliverable training in a fraction of that time, without giving up quality or our own angle?
We built several skills for Claude Code that together travel the road from content list to training, always in the same order and with us at the wheel. The client's list is a checklist, not a blueprint: everything has to be covered, but the order, the emphasis and the angle are ours. First we fix who is in the room and what those people must be able to do after the training, then the structure, and only then the slides, the exercises and the trainer guide, in our own house style. A critical final review checks the timing, the balance between explanation and practice, and whether everything about the tools is still current. What is built once is reused the next time.
A new training now stands in days instead of weeks, in the same structure and quality, and with an overview that shows the client that every point on their list has been covered. Every training makes the next one faster. And the time freed up goes to the content and the participants, not to formatting slides.
