At the same client: Discovery for procurement: from ideas to two built use cases.
One procurement agent in three languages, from procedure to public procurement law
A governed knowledge agent that opens up procurement knowledge in three languages, from processes and templates to Belgian public procurement legislation.
Investigate how AI agents could support the Contracts & Procurement department. The objective was a practical, governed AI agent that helps employees navigate extensive multilingual procurement documentation, including processes, guidelines, templates and Belgian public procurement legislation.
Use case discovery and data discovery, from which two use cases were scoped. The main solution: a multilingual knowledge agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio on the existing documentation, with the knowledge sources split per procurement phase and language, so every question reaches the right source. Alongside that, research into automatic award letters, search across the country offices and legal checks. Fully handed over: user documentation, a maintenance guide for IT and a test approach with a feedback mechanism.
A governed procurement agent in production with a first user group, with reliable answers with source in English, French and Dutch. Less time lost searching for procurement information, and internal knowledge that is more widely accessible.
