Generative AI in daily work, in one day
One-day GenAI training (September 2026, Eindhoven) via a Dutch training partner: from AI as a chat window to AI as a colleague you brief, on your own work.
Six participants from very different companies, from a bank to a design agency, who already used ChatGPT or Copilot, but as a chat window: a question, an answer, and nothing more. The question: what is generative AI really, how do you use it well, and what can you get done with it in your own work today?
One day, built around one idea: AI as your new colleague, whom you have to brief the way you brief a colleague. First placing where AI fits in your own working week, then learning to brief with a fixed approach to prompts, straight away on your own material: an email that is not quite right, a text that needs to be better, in three rounds of feedback. In the afternoon from an unfamiliar topic to a research report and a presentation, and making and adjusting an image yourself. Then the rules: what you give AI, do not give it, or give it only under conditions, with that day's mistakes as examples. Finally every participant sets up their own AI account properly, with instructions and a first project, and gets a glimpse of what comes next: skills, plugins and agents.
Participants who knew AI as a chat window went home with a way of working: brief, let it make, adjust, and an account of their own that knows them. Every exercise was on their own work, so what they made they could use the next day. They took home practice cards and a materials page to carry on by themselves.
