More about the skill, and how a session goes: Financial plan for your BV in the knowledge hub.
Our financial plan for the notary, drawn up with a custom skill
The statutory financial plan for our management companies, drawn up with a custom skill: interview, calculation model, independent review and the document for the notary.
To incorporate ArrowEye as a BV we needed a financial plan, the document the notary requires by law. For that we needed an accountant to draw it up and check it, and that cost money a young starter does not simply have lying around. For our management companies the same step was on the agenda again. The question to ourselves: can we draw up this plan ourselves, correct and complete, without the bill of the first time?
We built several skills for Claude that together produce the financial plan from start to finish. It interviews you about your business, in Dutch, French or English, reads the documents you already have and asks only for what is missing. Your answers become a calculation model in Excel that computes all the figures, and from that follows the Word document with every element the law requires, from the opening balance sheet to the two-year budget. At four points you review and approve; an independent reviewer asks the critical questions before the notary does. The Belgian tax and payroll rules are in there with their official source and the date they were checked. The skill never invents money: if the cash runs out, it says when and by how much. We tested it against our own plan from the accountant, and on fictitious businesses: a bakery, a web shop, a restaurant and a management company.
The financial plan for our management companies was drawn up with the skill, in one conversation instead of an assignment to an accountant. What we built for ourselves, we share: the skill is in our knowledge hub and works for every type of business, from shop to manufacturing. Not advice, but a plan you understand because you answered every assumption yourself; the skill says itself when an accountant should look in.
