Our own site, from empty project to live, built entirely with Claude Code: custom skills and a decision register, without a web agency.

## Facts

- **Category:** Transform (discovery, agents and automations)
- **Sector:** Internal use case · our own website
- **Client:** ArrowEye
- **Technology:** Claude

## The question

A new website that sharpens our services, Train & Transform, with cases and a knowledge hub, without a web agency and without hiring a developer. And no template: every section had to be about our trade, in our language. The site itself had to be the proof of what we tell clients: with the right AI tooling and the right way of working, you build more yourself than you think.

## Our approach

Built entirely with Claude Code, in sessions by Maxime and Siemen. First the ground rules: a decision register with what is fixed (pillars, prices, claims), three target-group lenses and a briefing per page, so every session stayed within the same lines. On top of that, custom skills that make the work repeatable: a design roast and a content roast that vet every section before it goes live, a section round that builds one idea per section and then stops for review, and skills for the scroll film on the Transform page. Claude Code builds, takes its own screenshots on desktop and mobile, corrects and commits; we decide.

## Impact delivered

A site that stands, with training courses, the Transform programme, cases, knowledge hub, FAQ and contact form: 51 pages and 89 commits in eleven weeks, without a web agency or a hired developer. And the most important proof: the way of working we recommend to clients, fix the rules, write skills, build small and check every step, we applied to ourselves first.

## The route

1. idea or feedback
2. Claude Code designs and builds
3. roast and screen check
4. review by Maxime and Siemen
5. commit and live
