## The question

A pharmaceutical company in a regulated environment wanted to give its people a realistic picture of what Copilot may and may not do in their work, and see it working on their own tasks straight away: two hours, online, interactive.

## Our approach

First the fundamentals: what Copilot and language models are, enterprise data protection, shadow AI and the responsibilities in regulatory work, plus the difference between Copilot Chat, the Copilots in the apps and agents. Then live demos on their own kind of work: regulatory research, comparing SOPs, generating templates, meetings and email, data analysis in Excel, and a first look at agents.
